All personal info, address, email  MUST be filled out correctly to ensure we can send your purchase expediently and correctly.


Placing an order and making purchases

As soon as we receive full payment we will send the item to you!

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and
SEIZA-SEAT is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

When we receive your order we’ll send you a confirmation email of your purchase.
This will contain an invoice number of the item and the cost for its shipping, as well as the tracking number.

Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. SEIZA-SEAT is not responsible for these charges. But we will do our best to send it to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can.

SEIZA-SEAT collects customer info so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. We respect your privacy and assure you that we will use this information responsibly. All your info is kept on super secret files and we won’t be giving your info away to any other parties.


Repair or Replace:

If you’re having problems with your product or part of it, we will gladly repair or replace it, at our discretion, with one of equal or greater value under our 20-year guarantee.

If your returned warrantable item cannot be repaired for whatever reason, we will replace it with equivalent item.

If your item is not covered under warranty (Such damage of abuse, alteration, theft, loss, normal wear and tear or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use) but you still want to have the required repair done, please send it to us and we will repair it for reasonable price after your confirmations.

Before you send your product to us please fill up the “WARRANTY REPAIR OR REPLACE” form, print it and attach the form to the package.

We can only accept your return if the goods are absolutely unused and in the original condition.

We are sure you understand that if we receive a used case from you, we won’t be able to accept the return.

Once the goods are returned to us in the original and unused condition we will quality check them and process a refund for the goods.


When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment. Received returns are generally processed within 3 business days.


As stated in our warranty policy, the customer pays the shipping charges to send products to us.
